Warranties (Our Partners)
Zippy Lawnz is a certified reseller and service provider of Navimow, FJDynamics, Mammotion, and Yarbo robotic systems. We are not a manufacturer, producer, or designer of robotic systems. As such, we follow the warranty policies provided to us by our manufacturing partners. However, we are happy to assist with any warranty issues that our clients may have and can act as your representative should a warranty need to be issued in accordance with our manufacturer's policies. Return Policy
For all products purchased on ZippyLawnz.com, we offer a 15-day, unopened box return for any defective or mis-ordered products. We will work with you to handle that return and may charge shipping for any products that are considered "Open Box". If you are not satisfied with your Zippy Lawnz automated system, please contact us and we can work out the best way to settle a return issue. Please note that our automated system are expensive to ship and we do our best to avoid additional fees for our clients when possible. If you wish to issue a return request, please contact us via email or call your local area store.

Robot Service and Repairs
As a certified service provider for both Mammotion and Yarbo products, we are here to help if you have any technical or mechanical problems with your Zippy robot. Even if you are not a Zippy client and have an issue with a Mammotion or Yarbo product, please reach out to our team, and we can help with support issues. If your robot has a manufacturer defect, please refer to our warranty policy above.

In Person Service
Zippy Lanwz is more than an e-commerce store; we offer in-person lawn care and property services. If you have an issue with any in-person services provided by a Zippy Lawnz service provider, please reach out to us via email or call your local area provider to address any problems with in-person services. We take our clients' satisfaction very seriously and will work with you to correct any issues you may experience.
