Top Features:
A Better Cut: Each disc supports 7 Hardened Stainless Steel blades with a titanium coating. This design increases the cutting surface by over 25%.
Faster Blade Changes: There are only 4 stainless steel screws required to change the blades versus 12 with the standard Segway cutting discs.
Easier Maintenance: You don't have to remove both discs to change the blades.
Lighter & Quieter: These discs are 44% lighter and slightly quieter than the stock Segway discs. (OEM 290.1g vs 161.2g).
Blade Protection: These discs feature blade protection which is essential for preventing grass buildup.
A lighter, tougher upgrade for your Navimow robotic mower. Titanium-plated stainless blades slip on and clamp in, with no unscrewing each blade, and a round guard protects your motor from sudden jolts.
Get more out of your Segway Navimow with an upgraded cutting disc built to cut better, last longer, and install faster.
At just 5.8 oz compared with 9.8 oz for the stock Segway disc, it carries 4 oz less rotating weight for more efficient mowing. The heat-hardened, titanium-plated stainless steel blades extend farther from the disc for a larger cutting surface, a cleaner cut, and longer blade life.
The round damage avoidance guard helps protect your mower in two ways: it keeps the motor from taking a sudden jolt when the disc hits an obstruction, and it keeps grass and debris from jamming the blades.
Blade changes are fast. Blades slip on and clamp into the disc, so there’s no unscrewing every blade. Rotors are labeled left and right, and the hub and guard have an alignment notch so everything lines up correctly the first time.
